5. Delivery

We offer FREE nationwide delivery across South Africa.

Estimated delivery time: 1–5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location or unforeseen courier delays.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

While we aim to meet estimated timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, contact numbers, and any special delivery instructions required for the courier to successfully complete delivery.

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information, restricted access to the property, customer unavailability, or lack of delivery instructions, additional courier charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered successfully completed once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, including delivery to a reception desk, security gate, mail room, parcel locker, neighbour, or other authorised recipient at the delivery address.

DarkWillow is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is secure and accessible for courier delivery.
